Fees

At Southwest Louisiana Center for Health Services every effort is taken to assure that our fees for services are among the lowest in the community. However, our services are not free.

Like many health care organizations, the center for health services accepts private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and other qualified third-party payments.

Through a grant from the U.S. Bureau of Primary Health Care, some consumers may qualify for discounted fees based on income and family size.
