~Movie Under the Stars~

Grab your lawn chairs & blankets and bring your family to the event center amphitheatre, to enjoy a evening under the stars.

On Friday, June 14, 2024, the 6th Annual Movie Under the Stars event will kickoff at 4:00pm at the Lake Charles Event Center Amphitheatre, located at 900 Lakeshore Drive Lake Charles, LA 70601.

This year’s movie will be “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.” In this 2008 African adventure, the Madagascar animals fly back to New York City, but crash-land on an African nature reserve in Kenya, where they meet others of their own kind, and Alex especially discovers his royal heritage as prince of a lion pride.

Make sure to visit with our local vendors, who will be set up around the Amphitheatre grounds before, during and after the movie.
