SWLA Center for Health Services will be having a Medicaid Application Rush at our Crowley site on Tuesday August 9, 2022 from 9:00am-12:00pm.

NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED! If you would like to apply for Medicaid, all you need to do is show up, with (1) form of identification, to the Crowley site between the hours of 9:00am-12:00pm.
