SWLA Center for Health Services has the following scholarships available:

SWLA offers six (6) one-time $1000.00 scholarships in the month of June to assist with college tuition each fall. Applications for the annual scholarships are available online in January of the award year for students who are pursuing higher education at a 4 (four) year University. These scholarships are competitive and support students pursuing careers in healthcare. Scholarship deadlines may vary, but are always in the last week of March of the award year.

Once a student has been selected to receive the SWLA Center for Health Services Scholarship, the scholarship committee will notify the school and the student by mail. A member of the SWLA Center for Health Services Board of Directors or Scholarship Committee will present an Award Certificate to the student at senior awards day upon receiving notification of the awards day ceremony. Scholarship recipients are required to present their letter of acceptance from an accredited 4 year University before the scholarship award can be disbursed.

We are excited about an opportunity to assist you with your college tuition, and even more excited about the thought of having you return to your community and possibly joining our SWLA team. Please complete the application below to be considered for a scholarship.
