SWLA Center for Health Services will be participating in the annual Calcasieu Parish Head Start Health Fair on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Time- 8:00am-12:00pm Location- J.D. Clifton Head Start: 100 N. Prater St. Lake Charles, LA 70601 This event is to provide Calcasieu Parish parents, students and the community with comprehensive health awareness that will also provide many resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is a FREE event and anyone in the community is welcome!

Time- 9:00am-1:00pm Location- Lake Charles Civic Center   *Vendors *Lunch *Door Prizes & More!   SENIORS GET IN FREE!   This event is presented by the Nathan T. Keller Foundation in conjunction with the Ward 3 Marshal's Office.  

SWLA Center for Health Services will be participating in the 18th Annual Bayou Classic Christian Fellowship of SWLA parade and Health Fair on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Time- 9:00am-2:30pm Location- Zion Tabernacle Baptist Church: 910 North Shattuck Street Lake Charles, LA 70601   PARADE- Line up begins at 9:00am on Saturday, November 18th at 2009 North Simmons Street. The parade will start at 11:00am. POST PARADE- There will be: College/Career/Job Fair Health Fair Vendors Free Food Gospel & Free-Style Singing Jump House Slide Games & MORE!  

The Makin' Groceries Mobile Market for the month of November will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Location- Chateau Du Lac: 333 Mill Street Lake Charles, LA 70601  Time- 10:00am-12:00pm Free Wellness Services will also be provided!
