SWLA Center for Health Services will be making our annual nursing home visit in Lake Charles on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 from 11:30 am- 12:30pm. Location: Landmark of Lake Charles- 2335 Oak Park Blvd. Lake Charles, LA 70601 SWLA Staff will be mixing and mingling with the residents along with handing out SWLA CHS care packages.
