Date- Every Saturday from now until May 27, 2023 Time- 8:00am-2:00pm Location- 2000 Opelousas Street Lake Charles, LA 70601 WALK-INS ARE WELCOME! Services include: COVID-19 Vaccinations, Blood Pressure Checks, Glucose Screenings and Pharmacy Services. As a thank you for joining the fight to protect not only yourself but the community from COVID-19, you will receive one $50 gift card with a COVID-19 vaccine administered from now til the month of June.
