Services include: COVID-19 Vaccinations, Blood Pressure Checks, Glucose Screenings and Pharmacy Services. As a thank you for joining the fight to protect not only yourself but the community from COVID-19, you will receive one $50 gift card with a COVID-19 vaccine administered from now til the month of June.
